Building Links to BuildMyRank Posts
I’m going to be testing this out on one of my sites shortly – I’m going to build a bunch of links to the links that were created with BuildMyRank.
I have a feeling this could give my site a little boost, maybe more.
This is a common technique that I have run across lately, building tiers of links, but it’s nothing really all that new or groundbreaking.
Basically, I find that I get pretty good results with BuildMyRank, but I pay an outsourced writer $.80 a post and would like that money to hold value over time if possible.
I really don’t want to lose a lot of the BuildMyRank links that have been created. They help rank my site better by all my tests and observations, and I have a feeling that if I can keep the BuildMyRank posts indexed for a longer period of time they can have a continued impact on my efforts.
Here’s what I’m gonna do:
- I went through one of my BuildMyRank projects, for one of my sites, and looked up all the posts using their finder. Out of 111 submitted posts, about 70 were still indexed and found in Google.
- I copied the URLs of all the BuildMyRank posts and put them in a spreadsheet
- I’m going to build links to that list of URL’s – probably just some blog comments or something
As a result, I hope to keep those links indexed longer, and I hope to maybe even gain some more juice from the links.
We’ll see what happens. If this works out, this could be my new secret weapon technique. Now it’s time to cross my fingers and exercise patience during the testing.
