I’ve recently been hearing a lot of the same thing from various outlets. Tell a story. The story is what people are interested in.
“What was your experience with what what you want to sell me?”
That’s what most of the people who will be reading your content will want to see. How can you tell a good story that others will want to hear?
Nobody like to have to build anything from scratch, especially when it comes to web sites. I have a need to make multi-page web sites on a continual basis, when testing campaigns. I don’t want to have to do a lot of that stuff over and over again.
That is why I have begun work on a full featured template that I can re-use over and over again. I plan on sharing it with the public when I have it ready and refined.
Lately I’ve been working my way through the Clickbank Code series of videos – and I’ve learned a LOT of good stuff about researching and finding possible products to promote (on Clickbank, of course).
I’m just wrapping up the final videos in the series and now it’s time to put this stuff into practice.
Well, that’s not the best way to probably put it. I’m basically just trying to get myself away from the computer at this point.
I’ve been sucked into the Clickbank Code again tonight, basically. What did I learn today?
I’ve just been sitting around today, trying to relax a little. I’ve been brainstorming for possible affiliate programs to look into for promotion.
After many different and random thoughts, it occured to me that maybe my web hosting company had an affiliate program. In fact, they do.
Wow. What a week. Just non-stop madness on all fronts at the day job, during freelancing and with everything else. Today I’m burned out. What can an aspiring affiliate marketer do on days of burnout?
Here’s some ideas to help you get over that hump and to keep going forward.
Today I’m tired as hell, but that’s a good thing. Why? I’m tired because I’ve been staying up late the last few nights going through the Clickbank Code video course. It’s great. I’m learning so many little details that I’ve never had the priveledge of access to before.
The video course is focused heavily on Clickbank, but it’s also such a great insight into how a big time affiliate marketer goes about his operations.
Is this true? It can be. There’s lots of theories about whether or not you should build a list, but the hands-down opinion out there is that if you are able to build a list, you should. It will pay dividends.
Notice that I don’t have a list on this site yet? Ha. I just need to get around to setting it up.
Why do you need to build a list? There’s a lot of good reasons.
Well, after a long a thoroughly draining week at my day job, it’s time to start thinking about what I can do this weekend to push my affiliate marketing goals forward.
I hate weeks like this because I’m drained mentally already and still have to gain a little extra push just to keep working towards my goal of becoming a successful affiliate marketer. These are the tough days.
